Brother Phil runs our plate tamper over a gradual water break on a driveway in Borodino. We also service camp roads and their water breaks which are critical for erosion prevention of these steep narrow roads around Skaneateles Lake.

Erosion Prevention

This stream feeding into Skaneateles Lake just North of Ten Mile Point was cutting into the bridge foundation. We added native stone cribbing (medium boulders) to shore up the bank and slightly re-route the stream away from the damaged area.

The cement pad under the tombstone on the right is 48 inches deep and reinforced with steel rebar. This ensures that years and years of freezes and thaws guarantees that your loved one's headstone never tips or teeters.

It takes several years for new construction backfill to fully settle. Here, we had to remove these blue paver stones, re-level the base, and then reinstall them on fresh stone dust. Good as new!

Our little excavator is the perfect solution for trenching in next to this old camp. We added drain tile and back filled with #2 Limestone to eliminate a water weeping issue into the cellar.
